We are present in 28 branches throughout Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein. For our client in the Lugano area, we are looking for a Paviour AFC (M/F/D). Job Description ## • Laying of natural stone pavements, cobblestones, slabs, interlocking pavers, and porphyry • Realization of sidewalks, squares, paths, pedestrian areas, and urban furniture works • Preparation of the laying base, leveling, and compaction of the ground. • Laying of curbs, manhole covers, channels, and accessory works • Execution of small concrete works and finishes • Reading of technical drawings and marking of site levels • Use of specific equipment and machinery for paving • Quality control of the work and compliance with occupational safety standards. We expect ## • Federal Certificate of Capacity (AFC) as a Paviour or proven experience in the laying of stone pavements and paving works • Excellent knowledge of the laying techniques for natural stone, porphyry, and interlocking pavers • Experience in the preparation of sub-bases and finishing works • Ability to read plans and technical drawings • Precision, attention to detail, and aesthetic sense • Good physical resistance and availability to work outdoors in every season • Attitude towards teamwork and autonomy in performing activities • Driver's license category B - Own vehicle We offer ## • Temporary work for workload peaks throughout the season • Placement in cutting-edge and well-known companies in the territory • Salary conditions according to CCL Lugano (6900 Lugano) Your Contact Person ### Alessandra Barbiero +41 91 601 95 00 a.barbiero@team.jobs Ad No. rb25eq online since 10.08.2026
