Systems Engineer (80-100%) The neobix AG is a young company, founded in the year 2021. We focus on small and medium-sized enterprises and provide services in the areas of infrastructure, cloud and security. As an addition to our team, we are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer who wants to help shape the ICT infrastructure of our customers as well as the future of our company. Your tasks As a Systems Engineer, you may perform the following tasks with us: Support, further development and operation of our customers' ICT infrastructures Support of the engineers in processing customer inquiries Customer support on-site and remote Independent or supporting planning and implementation of customer projects Further development of our services and their implementation at customers Development of concepts and technical documentation Recording of customer needs and requirements as well as support in the presales area Your skills As a Systems Engineer, you bring the following skills: Completed training as Informatiker EFZ or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in a comparable position Strong communication skills in German and English Extensive knowledge in the Microsoft Cloud environment (M365 and Azure) Good understanding of network technologies Very good awareness of ICT security Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation High initiative, networked thinking, rapid comprehension as well as flexibility Analysis of customer requirements and derivation of suitable service implementations Our benefits As a Systems Engineer, the following benefits await you: You may define most of your own ICT equipment Varied area of responsibility with high personal responsibility One week of self-study per year on a topic that you like We see a 40-hour week and 5 weeks of vacation as standard Up to 8 weeks of vacation Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely are a matter of course Applications via recruitment agencies will not be considered.
