We - that is around 180,000 employees in 64 countries Tasks & Responsibility: What awaits you • Independent legal advice to the local teams of our real estate department (Asset Management, Construction & Development, Transactions, Funds Management, ESG Team) in all private and public law matters • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts from the entire field of real estate business (planner and construction contracts, real estate purchase contracts, easement contracts, public law agreements, lease agreements, etc.) • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in the area of asset and portfolio management (asset management contracts, management contracts, financing contracts, etc.) • Independent legal advice and support for the business teams and management in legal disputes and complaints as well as legal questions of daily business • Instruction and supervision of external service providers, specifically commissioned law firms • Monitoring legal developments and court practice and periodic training of our specialists • Drafting and revising contract templates for the business teams • Legal advice for regulated collective investment schemes (Real Estate) as well as an investment foundation, specifically drafting and adjustments of real estate fund contracts and advice in the area of ESG • Drafting submissions to supervisory authorities and negotiations with FINMA and Oberaufsichtskommission BV Expertise & Soft Skills: What you bring with you • Successfully completed legal studies (Master), attorney admission (Anwaltspatent) and/or additional training (LL.M., MAS in Real Estate or similar) • Relevant professional experience in a law firm specializing in real estate, a real estate department of an asset manager or a bank, a real estate company, a general contractor, or in public administration (e.g., Baudirektion). • Sound legal knowledge and experience in real estate law (real estate transactions, construction contract law, tenancy law, property law, public building law), knowledge or strong interest in the field of fund and asset management and the relevant regulation • Flair for professional legal advice in a competitive, technically demanding and multilingual environment • Performance- and solution-oriented working as well as pragmatism and an eye for the essentials • Assertiveness and negotiation skills with a clear business orientation • Eloquent, structured, and concise manner of expression • Ability to work in a team in a small local legal service and a global group • Excellent German skills, very good French skills and good English skills Do you not meet every requirement?
