October 2026 or by arrangement For the establishment of our new daycare center in Chur, we are looking for a dedicated Childcare Specialist EFZ-Child who enjoys creating something special together with us. Die Quelle der kleinen Wunder AG is a new, Reggio-inspired daycare center in Chur. We believe that children are naturally curious, competent, and creative personalities. We see our task as providing them with time, space, relationships, and materials so that they can discover and help shape their world. We are starting with one children's group and are building our Kita step by step. Therefore, we are not simply looking for an employee, but a personality who enjoys developing structures, contributing ideas, and actively helping to shape the culture of our Kita. Your tasks Pedagogical support and promotion of the children in everyday life Co-designing a Reggio-inspired learning and development environment Observation and documentation of educational and developmental processes Planning and implementation of projects together with the children Design of spaces, materials, and learning opportunities Collaboration with parents and the team Active participation in the establishment of our first children's group What you bring with you Training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ Child or an equivalently recognized training Appreciative and child-centered attitude Enjoyment of independent work and co-designing Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility Openness to new ideas and pedagogical developments Advantageous: Interest in Reggio pedagogy Experience with educational documentation Enjoyment of building new structures What awaits you Co-designing a newly emerging Kita Close cooperation with the Managing Director Space for your own ideas and personal development Reggio-inspired pedagogical concept Appreciative team culture 6 weeks vacation 42.5-hour week at 100 % Employee discount on childcare places Attractive social benefits If you are not just looking for a job, but want to help build a Kita, we look forward to your application.
