Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Taking over all infrastructural tasks in facility management • General janitorial work (e.g. changing light bulbs, gardening and environmental work, winter service) • Carrying out unplanned repairs on building technology systems • Monitoring and regular maintenance of building and building technology • Coordinating planned maintenance with internal and external contacts • Accompanying and controlling third-party companies and craftsmen in the building • Planning and implementing smaller conversions and adaptations • Participating in the standby service and supporting in emergencies YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES • Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance or comparable craft training • Professional experience in facility management or building technology is an advantage • Technical understanding of building and building technology (sanitary, heating, electrical) • Willingness to be on standby and occasional deployments outside regular working hours • Independent, reliable and flexible way of working • Driver's license category B YOUR BENEFITS • Financial contribution for public transport and various leisure activities • In-house gym and regular company events • Discounted catering options in the staff restaurant Melissa Weibel HR Business Partner +41 79 216 91 09
