Head of Specialist Unit for High-Rise Construction (m/w/d, 80-100%) The municipal administration of Birsfelden is a modern service company that performs a wide range of tasks for around 10‘500 inhabitants in a challenging environment. To complement our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed person with a passion for high-rise construction as of October 1, 2026, or by agreement. As Head of Specialist Unit for High-Rise Construction (m/w/d, 80-100%), you will be responsible for the high-rise construction department. This includes, among other things, taking on the role of project manager/client in construction projects and managing maintenance projects for municipal properties. In addition, you will be responsible for the building permit process within the municipality. You are part of a motivated team. With your experience in project management and in the planning and implementation of high-rise construction projects, you make a significant contribution to the success of the department.
