Tasks ## \-You support and actively develop our staff \-You conduct job interviews and quickly recognize the potential of candidates \-You accompany our employees from entry to exit \-You support existing customers and continuously expand your network \-You advise companies throughout the recruitment process (temporary and permanent positions) \-You create appealing job ads and find suitable specialists \-You bring the right talents together with the right companies \-You maintain contact with authorities, partners, and your network Together with our administration, you also support our employees with questions about further training, job search, and their professional development. Requirements ## You bring: A completed training in a craft profession with commercial further education or a commercial training with technical or constructional understanding. Enjoy working with people and a natural sales talent. An independent, structured, and reliable way of working. Good MS-Office skills.
