Job description ### Analyze tender files, plans and specifications. Carry out measurements and establish cost estimates for civil engineering projects. Draw up quotes, as well as technical and financial offers. Consult and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Study and propose technical optimizations as well as project variants. Participate in the preparation, assembly and monitoring of submission files. Collaborate closely with the work management teams, technical offices and management. Profile ### Higher education in civil engineering (HES/EPF Engineer, ES Technician or equivalent training). At least 2 to 3 years of experience in calculation and submission of civil engineering projects in Switzerland. Excellent knowledge of standards, regulations and market practices in Switzerland. Mastery of computer tools and calculation and estimation software. Organized, rigorous and autonomous person. Analytical mind, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
