Your tasks <br /> • You are technically responsible for the conception of specific promotional offers and services (e.g. implementation of sports concept, youth sports promotion, sports prize, athlete awards, workshop for sports clubs). • You organize, manage and communicate various promotional instruments and ensure their implementation. • You process funding applications in the sports sector and prepare corresponding decisions. • You develop concepts, decision-making bases and reports. • You are the internal and external specialist as well as the general point of contact for sports promotion (advice and information). • You independently process demanding dossiers, tasks and projects and contribute to the development of sports policy basics and strategies. • You work with external partners. • You take over administrative management. • You take over the management or contribute to events of the department of Culture and Sports. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have a university or college degree (Master) in the fields of sports, politics, economics or a comparable education with reference to sports promotion/sports management. • You have proven experience in sports promotion and project management. • You have preferably experience in administrative processes. • You are familiar with the sports offers, sports organizations and clubs of the city of Luzern. • You are interested in sports policy topics and regularly update your knowledge. • You think goal-oriented and conceptually and act independently. • You have excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills. • You bring a high level of social competence and a strong sense of responsibility. • You are characterized by a high level of service readiness. • You have a high affinity for digitalization topics and have good IT skills. <br /> Learn more about our department City of Luzern - Culture and Sports (https://www.stadtluzern.ch/politikverwaltung/stadtverwaltung/dienstabteilungenbereiche/7627).
