Multitalent for development, prototyping, project management and moderation (Employee in Development and Didactics) Technorama is a house of natural phenomena. At over 500 stations and in shows and workshops, our guests can take action and try things out to discover the world and themselves. We are constantly developing our offers: In the development and didactics team, we coordinate idea collections, creative workshops, tests with prototypes, up to exhibit construction in the Technorama workshop. Particularly exciting challenges await us in the coming years: the entire Technorama will be rebuilt and reopened in 2030 with a new and revised offer. For this, we are looking for support starting January 1, 2027: Use the unique opportunity to realize your crazy ideas together with an experienced development and workshop team and apply as Multitalent for development, prototyping, project management and moderation (Employee in Development and Didactics, 80%) These are your main tasks: You develop new exhibits, workshops and shows that make natural phenomena tangible. You manage projects from the idea through the prototype to completion in the workshop. You structure creative teamwork through workshops, sprints and other methods You hold training sessions, lectures and further education for teachers What you bring with you: Enthusiasm for natural science and pleasure in making natural phenomena tangible Experiences in project management and the ability to implement projects independently and goal-oriented The ability to think together in a team, lead groups and structure creative processes Good German skills in speaking and writing What we offer you: The opportunity to accompany projects until completion and experience the joy of guests in the result of your work.
