To strengthen our team, we are looking for a personality as of September 2026 or by arrangement as Your varied main area of responsibility includes, among others: Participation in the performance of maintenance, upkeep, and repair work in building maintenance Internal service in building maintenance (general maintenance yard service) Performing on-call duty (approx. 7 days/ 24h at regular intervals / on-call rotation) Accompanying external service providers in the specialist area Assistance in winter service and in the maintenance yard Sustainable repairs of all kinds You have completed training as a Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ and bring manual dexterity. You are reliable, resilient, and a team player. Precise, well-structured work and calm, efficient action in hectic phases are your strengths. We require a well-groomed, friendly, and courteous appearance. Foreign languages are an advantage when dealing with our employees and guests.
