West Region Director (M/F/X) – 100% Do you wish to take the direction of a strategic region and contribute actively to its development? Join us to lead the West Region (Genève, Lausanne and Fribourg), with approximately 55 employees active in the field of building automation. As a Member of the Management, you assume responsibility for the development of the region on human, organizational and financial levels. You lead strategic projects that contribute to the growth and development of SAUTER in Switzerland. In this capacity, you represent the company to key clients and major partners in French-speaking Switzerland. Your responsibilities Leadership & Management Lead, accompany and develop the West Region teams. Supervise regional managers and foster skill development. Conduct management meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities. Promote a culture of benevolent leadership based on responsibility, collaboration, rigor and sustainable performance Strategic and commercial development Participate in strategic decisions within the Swiss General Management. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key clients, partners and mandatories. Identify growth opportunities and support major commercial steps. Operational and financial management Ensure global responsibility for the region's results. Manage budgets, margins, performance and financial reporting. Guarantee the quality of services, from design to maintenance, including implementation Supervise sensitive projects and ensure compliance with processes and quality standards. Your profile Bachelor's degree HES / ES technician, Engineering training, or equivalent in the fields of electricity, HVAC, automation or building technology. Proven experience in a leadership or management function of a multi-site technical organization. Solid knowledge in building automation, Smart Building or building technology. Excellent skills in financial management, business development and negotiation. Unifying leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, organizational skills and strong customer orientation.
