Product Developer - Aerospace Blind Fastener (m/f) # Your missions ## • Development of new blind fastening products for international aerospace customers • Execution of development projects including planning, testing, and industrialization • Monitoring of prototype manufacturing, testing, as well as product launches • Optimization of existing products in terms of function, quality, and manufacturability • Collaboration with international engineering and production teams • Technical support for manufacturing, quality, and sales Your profile ## • Engineering or technician training in mechanical engineering, product development, or a similar field • Experience in product development, design, forming, materials, or surface technology • Passion for the development and implementation of technical concepts • Analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic orientation towards solutions • Proficiency in CAD software; knowledge of finite element method (FEM) is a plus • Very good skills in German and English, both spoken and written Our offer ## • Six weeks of leave & possibility to purchase additional leave • Annual profit sharing • Own healthy pension fund with individual savings plans • Internal training & support for external training • Company restaurant at attractive prices
