This is what your area of responsibility looks like • Overall operational responsibility for the St. Gallen education site • Planning, coordination, further development and successful implementation of the HF study courses as well as ensuring quality, processes and resources within the framework of strategy, mission statement and annual goals in cooperation with the HF management team • Leadership of the directly subordinate lecturers and commissioned persons according to the leadership principles of Agogis • Participation in the HF management for overarching issues, offer development, budget planning and personnel policy • Participation in recruitment processes as well as in cross-departmental projects and committees • Responsibility for practical and educational partnerships as well as for the further development of cooperation between school and practice • Leadership of the Practice specialist group and co-responsibility for the quality of practical training What you bring with you • Completed tertiary-level studies in social or educational sciences • Completed leadership training is an advantage • Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in the education or social sector • Sound knowledge of higher vocational education, a pronounced understanding of educational processes and an adult education qualification • Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working • High social competence, strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholder groups • Interest in quality assurance, practice development and educational innovation We live diversity and equal opportunity and therefore look forward to applications from all suitable applicants, regardless of age, disability, origin, gender identity, sexual orientation and religion.
