Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe Kaiseraugst production site is responsible for the manufacture and packaging of medicinal products and supplies the global market with biopharmaceutical drugs. With its approx. 1400 employees, the Kaiseraugst production center (PTGA) ensures uninterrupted patient supply with high-quality medicines. The modern production facility for parenterals in Kaiseraugst (PKau) is responsible for the manufacture of sterile medicinal products and supplies the global market with biopharmaceutical drug products. In the individual modules within the building, prefabricated solutions are aseptically filled and, if necessary, subsequently lyophilized. Capacities for thawing/freezing as well as for batch preparation are available to the lines both independently and via a central compounding department.The OpportunityAs Technical Asset Care Manager, your area of responsibility includes the following responsibilities:Responsibility for the trouble-free operation of the production facilities in compliance with GMP specifications, as well as the stabilization and continuous improvement of the production processes (with a focus on technology). Management of technical changes (PE-s) and process improvements (KVP)  as well as participation in the processing of deviations, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA-s), internal complaints, risk analyses, as well as root cause analyses or problem solvingWith and further development of the cooperation between technology and production operations using key figures (introducing, evaluating, discussing as well as initiating measures)Initiating and leading internal projects within the Technical UnitParticipation in cross-functional projects (e.g. Quality, Asset Excellence,  Engineering & SHE, Digital, OE & Innovation, MSAT)Representation of the area as SME during inspections and audits, as well as creation and management of training concepts within the Technical UnitResponsibility for the trouble-free operation of the production facilities in compliance with GMP specifications, as well as the stabilization and continuous improvement of the production processes (with a focus on technology).Operational contact person for technical processes and systems as well as preparing and leading (technical) meetings, huddles,... including the creation and maintenance of performance boards Readiness for on-call work if required Who you areA completed degree in a technical field or corresponding professional training and/or further education (e.g. technician)At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment with highly automated plants in the field of filling in pharmaceutical, life science, or food productionExperience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) / Lean Production Systems (LPS), predictive maintenance and Industry 4.0 are an advantage Knowledge of SAP PM Experience in dealing with electronic document management systems (e.g. Veeva, ELVIS) is an advantageReady for the next step?
