As Commercial Coordinator, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background – from delicious customer events to seamless communication and a strong first impression. You support our Back-Office Team, bring structure to our processes, and help build long-term relationships with companies across Switzerland. Ready to lend a hand and make a real impact? Then let's get started together! Organization of our customer events from A to Z – from planning to on-site implementation to follow-up, including coordination of vehicle bookings. First point of contact for hospitality-related actions & communication, e.g. newsletters or weekly resource planning. Processing of incoming requests, creation of offers, and coordination with internal teams – in close consultation with the Account Manager for special conditions. Review and qualification of incoming leads such as tasting requests, sales requests, and referrals. Assessment of the potential of leads and targeted forwarding to the right teams. Personal delivery of Goodie-Bags to potential customers in cooperation with the Acquisition Manager. Processing of customer requests such as badge creation, shipping of vouchers & prepaid cards, and replacement of badges. Management of sales materials including inventory control and timely reordering. Completed commercial training or comparable experience. Experience in hospitality, events, or customer success is a plus – but mindset and enthusiasm are more important to us! Independent working style with a hands-on mentality and ownership spirit. Enjoyment of collaboration with various teams and in an environment where no two days are the same. Fluent German and English skills (French is a plus). Required: valid Swiss driver's license (category B). Non-smoker: you don't smell like cigarettes and don't smoke during the day.
