Your tasks • Recruitment and placement of qualified specialists • Support and advice for job seekers during the entire application process • Active search for suitable candidates via various recruitment channels • Creation and publication of job advertisements • Telephone and personal interviews with applicants • Support and expansion of the existing customer base • Support of the personal consultants in daily business • Administrative tasks in connection with personnel recruitment Your profile • Completed vocational training or equivalent education • Initial professional experience in the commercial sector, sales, customer service or in personnel recruitment is an advantage • Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as strong communication skills • Business fluent German in speaking and writing • Good MS-Office skills
