Pflegefachperson HF (Pensum 60-100%) ## Your area of responsibility • Treatment and basic care for our clients at home • Case management and needs assessments • Taking over daily responsibility and acting as the contact person for all professional groups involved • Accompanying and promoting trainees Your profile • Training as Dipl.
