Hotel Receptionist

The employer is looking for a: receptionist at 80% (reported profession) Tasks: • the receptionist will have an operational role in managing the reception, Check in and Check Out operations, concierge service for guests, assistance to guests during pre-stay and post-stay, furthermore they will actively participate in the management of the hotel in cases of absence of the management • one of their main tasks will be to continuously increase the customer portfolio by increasing direct sales, trying to maintain relationships with customers to create further business opportunities and transform OTA clientele into direct bookings. • constantly promotes the types of service offered by the hotel and proposes them the solutions most suitable to their needs, constantly monitoring the up selling techniques of the department.
