ALLROUNDER(IN) FOR RENTAL 100% - Urdorf (ZH) - as of THE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: The rental assistant is the allrounder in the caravan specialist company and a true organizational talent. He processes rental inquiries, advises customers on vehicle selection, coordinates appointments and hands over the vehicles to the customers. His varied range of tasks includes tasks such as: • Processing customer inquiries (via internet, telephone, in person) • Creating offers and processing rental contracts • Handing over the vehicles to the rental customer with instruction in the technology • Supporting customers during the holiday trip (customer service, insurance, towing service etc.) • Settlement of accident damage with the insurance • Maintenance of the homepage, incl. photographing and publication of the vehicles on the internet • Administration and disposition of the high-quality rental fleet • Support/cooperation in smaller repairs and cleaning work But most importantly: With the perfect all-round service, the rental assistant ensures satisfied customers. THE SUITABLE PROFILE: Organizational talent and joy in customer contact are particularly important in the rental sector.
