Desktop Publisher Print & Digital As a Desktop Publisher, Polygraf or Production Specialist, you will support the professional implementation of our CURAPROX brand world across different markets, languages and channels. You will prepare print and digital assets precisely, ensure technical quality and visual consistency, and ensure that packaging, POS materials, brochures, digital content and other brand assets are implemented efficiently, cleanly and in line with the brand. Your tasks You will prepare print-ready files for packaging, POS materials, brochures, flyers, trade materials and other brand assets in various languages and markets, adapt and finalize them. You will perform routine prepress tasks, including file checks, color settings, formats, layouts, technical specifications and print data preparation. You will ensure the visual consistency and technical accuracy of all outputs according to the CURAPROX Brand Guidelines. You will support the Design & Branding team in production-intensive tasks, adaptations, rollouts and localization projects. You will prepare digital assets for websites, newsletters, campaigns, presentations, social media and other digital touchpoints and adapt them. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Management, Content and Design teams as well as with external partners such as printers, agencies and suppliers. You will manage and maintain digital assets in Frontify and ensure structure, accessibility, uniform naming, version control and quality. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of production workflows, templates, asset management processes and quality standards. You will take responsibility for precise implementation, clean file structures and efficient provision of production assets. Your profile You have experience as a Desktop Publisher, Polygraf or in a comparable role in print and digital production. You have in-depth knowledge of prepress, print production, print data preparation, layout adaptations and production workflows. You are very skilled in handling the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You have a keen eye for detail and work very structured, precisely and reliably. You are used to implementing routine production tasks with consistency, efficiency and care. You understand Brand Guidelines and know how to apply them correctly to print and digital assets. You enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders in an international environment. You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. You bring a team-oriented, reliable and hands-on approach and are motivated to support professional and smooth production processes. Experience with Frontify or a comparable digital asset management system is an advantage. You will be trained on the job if necessary.
