We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of: Human Resources Intern (M/F) at 100% for a duration of 6 months Missions within the HR Department: Provide support in the management of administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle (employment contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.). Contribute to the monitoring of personnel files (file creation, updating documents, filing, archiving, etc.). Participate in the administrative management related to accident, sickness, APG and maternity declarations. Coordinate, in collaboration with the team, the processing and follow-up of requests addressed to the department. Provide versatile support and actively collaborate on the different missions of the HR department according to needs. Your profile: You benefit from a first professional experience in an administrative field You hold the HRSE certificate as an HR Manager (an asset) or wish to undertake the training leading to its obtaining. You are comfortable with administrative work and the use of IT tools. You possess a capacity for synthesis, writing skills and demonstrate quick-wittedness.
