The position is attached to the Département de la femme, de l'enfant et de l'adolescent, whose mission is to offer quality care adapted to the needs of women at every stage of their lives and to the health problems faced by newborns, children, and female and male adolescents from birth until the age of 16. It works on the development of cutting-edge services and specialty competence centers. The Centre Corail supports children suffering from a rare and/or complex disease as well as their loved ones. As part of this development and at the request of the Fondation Privée des HUG, a study on the evaluation of the impact of care management among currently followed families is being conducted. This evaluation will explore the economic, social, and school issues related to the family environment. The results will allow for the establishment of precise indicators and the readjustment of the strategic objectives of the Centre Corail to best adapt its offering of care and support. Research Assistant - 50% to 60% Under the responsibility of the project manager, you will pilot the operational implementation of the research project and ensure its global coordination. You will write and submit the file to the Commission d'éthique de la recherche. You will ensure the administrative follow-up of the project, define and follow indicators, and write the financial reports and the final report. You will organize and lead focus groups bringing together parents in a participatory research approach. You will collect, process, and analyze qualitative data in order to derive exploitable results. You will formulate concrete recommendations aimed at reorienting the center's care and support offering. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field. A Master's in health or a Doctorate in health sociology is an asset. You master qualitative research methods and have confirmed experience in participatory research. You have practical experience in conducting and facilitating focus groups with parents or families. You have experience in coordinating research projects and master the management of socio-sanitary studies. You are familiar with the regulatory procedures relating to research as well as the submission processes with ethics committees. You demonstrate scientific rigor, autonomy, excellent analytical and writing skills, and are sensitive to the issues related to pediatrics and the support of families.
