What awaits you Responsible for a professional and flawless operational process of the multi-purpose arena in relation to cleaning services and outdoor area maintenance Administrative tasks incl. budget responsibility Personnel leadership of the core team of two directly subordinate employees as well as up to 30 directly subordinate event cleaners Work assignment planning of the event cleaners in the indoor and outdoor areas of the stadium on match days of the ZSC Lions and other events Carrying out internal quality controls, responsible for continuous process optimizations as well as implementing ISS standards Active support of the management team in further mandates during the off-season (May to August) Garden maintenance and winter service What you bring with you Completed basic training in the field of cleaning, facility management, gastronomy or hotel management; further training in Facility Management, commercial field and/or event management Min. 3-5 years of professional experience (incl. leadership and planning of employees) Readiness to perform regular evening and weekend shifts for approx. 50 events per year Very good German skills and knowledge of Spanish or Italian is an advantage MS Office user knowledge Driver's license Cat.
