The system engineering team services support the objectives of the company and its products. With commitment, willpower and the requirement to maintain system availability, you achieve and even exceed objectives. Tasks • Management of the system engineering team: resource planning, employee interviews and qualifications, participation in recruitment and planning the integration of new employees • Planning, standardization, implementation, operation and maintenance of the internal and external server infrastructure, based on Debian Linux (Proxmox, Docker, Puppet, Ansible) • Telemetry, provision of data aggregation and analysis, monitoring and alerts • Continuous optimization of processes and services provided • Participation in product development • Support to other teams in process automation • Interdisciplinary project management and participation in projects • Rotational on-call service • Supervision of the creation and maintenance of documentation • Training of IT apprentices • Assurance and optimization of internal IT and its support You like to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
