The architectural office was founded in 2008, today the team consists of nine committed employees. At the center is the personal and partnership-based support of the building owners as well as consistently sustainable building with foresight. This creates customized residential and commercial buildings with high architectural quality. Also, demanding renovations, partly with monument preservation requirements, belong to the diverse portfolio. To strengthen the team, we are commissioned to appeal to committed personalities as Project and/or Construction Manager 80 – 100 % In project management, you take over the creative and organizational lead and are the contact person for the clients. You develop solution strategies, create preliminary studies, optimize costs and coordinate internal planning. With an overview, technical expertise and communication strength, you advance the projects in a targeted and structured manner. In construction management, you are responsible for the realization on site. You organize the work of the participating contractors, ensure quality, deadlines and costs. In addition, you lead construction meetings, create invoices and documentation and accompany the projects until successful acceptance. For this diverse task in design and execution planning, we can imagine one or two people. We are addressing team-oriented, entrepreneurially thinking architects with several years of practical experience and high reliability. You have a master's degree in architecture or training in construction management or construction economics.
