To complete our Human Resources team, we are recruiting for an indefinite duration a: Junior HR Business Partner (F/M) - 100% Job Description • Recruitment, analysis, and selection of personnel for our headquarters and for our points of sale in Switzerland in collaboration with operational managers • Management of the entire employee life cycle, including integration, training, performance management, and professional development • Advising and coaching to the line and to Store Managers • Resolution of interpersonal conflicts and implementation of action plans if needed • Application of HR policies and procedures, while being proactive in proposing their evolution • Guarantor of compliance with various regulations and laws (LTr, CO, group directives, CCT, etc.) • Regular travel to boutiques in Switzerland Profile • You have a CFC as a commercial employee, as well as continuing education in Human Resources • A first experience in the field of Human Resources is strongly desired Required Skills • You have a great capacity for listening and for managing stressful situations • You are diplomatic and solution-oriented Languages • Your native language is French or German, you perfectly master the other language and have good knowledge of English.   Workplace Bienne
