In this position, you will take on a central role in production planning and control and ensure high material availability, timely production, and optimal utilization of production resources. You will coordinate production orders, identify bottlenecks early, and initiate targeted measures to ensure On-Time-Delivery (OTD). With your experience in an industrial environment, your structured way of working, and your confident handling of SAP/FELIOS, you will contribute significantly to the stability and further development of the planning processes. Your tasks: Definition of the production program to ensure maximum material availability with optimal utilization of production resources Creation and monitoring of production orders taking into account material requirements and available resources Definition, implementation, and monitoring of countermeasures in case of imminent or existing non-compliance with delivery dates Daily order review and release in the FELIOS system Retrieval of the raw materials required for the production program as well as ensuring their availability at the designated production resources Preparation of production-relevant documents Setting and monitoring of production deadlines Maintenance and monitoring of master data in SAP (exclusively for production orders) as well as correction in case of deviations Analysis of material availability, service level, and customer On-Time-Delivery (OTD) and initiation of suitable countermeasures Continuous improvement of the planning processes Weekly assessment of critical resources Short-term monitoring of resource and material availability (12-week horizon) as well as proactive initiation of measures to ensure optimal OTD Requirement profile: At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning and control, ideally as a production planner / scheduler or in a comparable function in an industrial environment Additional training in the field of logistics (HF / FH) is an advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and set priorities between short-term and long-term orders or projects Result-oriented way of working with strong problem-solving skills, even in unclear or complex situations Very good organizational skills as well as resilience Strong communication and teamwork skills Proactive, independent, and structured way of working Very good knowledge of integrated ERP systems, especially SAP (FELIOS) Confident handling of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills Your benefits: Good remuneration and social benefits Flexible working hours and models Family-friendly services (e.g., daycare, paternity leave, etc.) Support for further training Other benefits We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
