Operations Manager Introduction Blanc SA is a family-owned cleaning and maintenance company based in the Lausanne region. As part of our development, we are looking for an Operations Manager for the Riviera region to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Manage the Riviera region in compliance with internal rules and legal obligations Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of teams in the field Ensure schedule management and the optimization of human and material resources Guarantee the quality of services using audits and measurement plans, and ensure customer satisfaction Be the primary contact for clients in the region, anticipate their needs, and develop work Prepare quotes and report necessary information for invoicing and contract updates Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and internal procedures Collaborate with the STPS specialist and various actors related to occupational health protection Participate in the recruitment, training, and supervision of employees, in a spirit of high standards and benevolence Ensure the logistical follow-up of the region: stock management, machine maintenance plan, product use Qualifications Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the cleaning or facility management sector CFC as a maintenance agent and/or Federal Diploma of cleaning services manager (or equivalent training) Excellent skills in team management, organization, and coordination of several interventions in parallel Comfort with numbers for the preparation of precise and competitive quotes Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and emergencies simultaneously Good command of standard IT tools and monitoring tools Valid driver's license in Switzerland (mandatory) Excellent communication in French, knowledge of other languages is an asset Benefits A family and benevolent working environment Opportunities for continuous training A position of responsibility with great autonomy A competitive salary and attractive social benefits The possibility to contribute to a company committed to human and environmental values Information for applying If you are motivated to join a growing family company and to take on new challenges in the Riviera region, we would be delighted to receive your application.
