Your tasks Creation and evaluation of potential analyses as well as profitability calculations for (replacement) new construction projects, rounding-up opportunities, and repurposing of existing properties Client-side project management and fiduciary project management in planning and execution for new construction and renovation projects in the condominium and investment sectors, from acquisition to completion Acquisition and due diligence of development and rounding-up objects including creation of investment calculations, monitoring and control of preliminary studies, risk assessment, as well as creation of purchase requests for the attention of the relevant committees Steering and monitoring of the entire planning process across all project phases, including contract management, profit optimization, schedule, cost, and quality assurance, as well as reporting with liquidity planning and risk management Creation of specifications as well as support of contract management including development and planning agreements as well as conducting tender processes Leadership and coordination of external planning teams including organization, management, and minuting of client meetings Analysis of user needs, development of procedural concepts, as well as conducting site and market analyses with derivation of product definitions Organization and support of competition and neighborhood planning procedures as well as public relations Definition and implementation of sustainability concepts and corresponding requirements Our requirements Completed training as an Architect FH/ETH or other knowledge from the construction planning field Real estate-specific or business administration postgraduate studies / MBA Several years of professional experience in the planning field, of which at least 3 years in project development Project experience in the STWE segment Strong flair for numbers and analytical thinking, combined with teamwork, high level of commitment, sense of responsibility, as well as a strong claim to quality and improvement Networking in the Swiss real estate market Sounds good?
