Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Analyze requirements together with specialist teams as well as design and implement specific IT operating and service structures • Manage and optimize all maintenance and license contracts relating to the ICT products and services used • Verify service level agreements (<<service level agreement>>, SLA) and operational level agreements (<<operational level agreement>>, OLA) in relation to the availability and performance of services, systems, networks, and applications • Direct ICT projects, i.e., handle the following phases: conception, realization, implementation, and testing • Be responsible for ICT operational operation, as well as the direction and coordination of external ICT service providers <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Specialist in business information systems (university, UAS or FH) with IPMA-C PMI certification as a project manager in the IT sector; experience in project management • Experience in the implementation and operation of service and operations management systems, as well as in the lifecycle management of virtual ICT environments • Experience in the realization of ICT projects, in particular in the procurement of replacement infrastructures and the acquisition of external ICT service providers • Solid knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, Veeam products, HPE hardware, and ManageEngine • Good knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English <br /> In summary You will design modern ICT environments within the scope of technical building management, from operation to continuous development. In this versatile function, you will be responsible for the correct provision of ICT services for our ICT Domotica basic infrastructure. You will be able to leverage your skills in interesting projects relating to infrastructure and development.
