This is exactly where you come into play. Accounting & Payroll Specialist In this versatile function, you take responsibility for central tasks in finance and accounting. You manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, monitor incoming and outgoing payments, create invoices, and support VAT settlements as well as the preparation of annual financial statements and audits. Furthermore, you maintain master data, support liquidity monitoring, and contribute to ensuring that financial processes function reliably and efficiently. Another focus lies in the area of payroll, personnel administration, and social insurances. You are responsible for payroll processing, accompany entries and exits, process changes, and ensure the correct handling of social insurances. In addition, you coordinate cooperation with insurance companies and external agencies. In doing so, you are an important contact person for employees, insurance companies, and external partners and make a significant contribution to professional and service-oriented administration. For this position, you have training in finance and accounting, ideally supplemented by the Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting or a comparable further education.
