Requirement profile ##

You are an open-minded and flexible certified nursing professional PSY HF/DN2/AKP with preferably 2 years of professional experience in outpatient or inpatient psychiatric nursing.
You enjoy working independently and can build professional and sustainable relationships with clients despite a certain distance.

Tasks ##

You are responsible for professional care of the clients in the different and multifaceted situations of the outpatient psychiatric sector.

As the case-leading nursing professional, you bear the responsibility for the planning, management, and control of all steps in the nursing process of the clients.

You specifically support the somatic team in accompanying people with a mental illness.
