Project Manager in Facility Management

Your main tasks: -You plan, control and successfully complete projects independently and also support sub-projects with a focus on Facility Management -As part of the planning and construction-accompanying FM, you develop operating concepts together with the customers, ensure operation-optimized planning and realization of the property and coordinate the awarding of external services • You are responsible for defining, recording and documenting user and operational requirements with a focus on Technical Facility Management • With the analysis and calculation of operating and life cycle costs, you ensure our customers a sustainable and economical solution for their properties • With your in-depth technical knowledge, you advise our customers in a holistic and forward-looking manner and support them in both strategic decisions and challenging tasks • Your innovative approach to the development or further development of facility management services as well as innovative concepts for new and existing customers rounds off your area of responsibility optimally Your profile: • Completed vocational training / studies in the field of architecture, building technology or construction industry / CAS or MAS in Facility Management • Further training in the field of Facility Management is an advantage • At least 3 years of experience with a facility service provider or in the consulting industry • At least 3 years of experience in the implementation of operational or/and strategic projects in the field of Facility Management and/or in the specialist area of pbFM or another FM segment • Analytical skills, structured thinking, clear and flexible work organization, initiative and high customer orientation • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and project management tools, Smartsheet and MS Project are an advantage • Very good German language skills, good French language skills and other languages are an advantage
