To strengthen our teams in Basel and Zürich, we are looking for Construction Managers (w | m | d) by agreement. THESE ARE YOUR TASKS Coordination of contractor services from construction preparation to completion Responsibility for the tendering, offer, and contract management Preparation of bills of quantities and conducting of tenders Schedule planning and its control Management of construction accounting and cost control Management of the defect and warranty system Leading junior construction managers THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING Completed training / studies as a Construction Manager, Architect, Civil Engineer or comparable qualification Several years of construction management and tendering experience (preferably in Switzerland) Proficient in the implementation of digital working methods Open-minded, communicative and confident in negotiation in the German language Assertive and independent working personality THIS YOU MAY EXPECT FROM US Permanent employment contract with at least 25 days of vacation (depending on age) 40-hour week, flexible working hours Above-average savings process for pension schemes Regular employee events If we have awakened your enthusiasm for construction tasks, we look forward to your application.
