In order to complete our teams, the Fondation Soins Lausanne is looking for immediately or to be agreed upon a Occupational health and safety (OHS) coordinator - 80% Your mission Deploy and ensure the monitoring of the professional risk prevention approach (biological, chemical, physical, ergonomic, psychosocial and organizational). Ensure the case management of employees in absence or in complex health situations and coordinate actions for maintenance and return to work. Advise management and collaborate with internal and external partners (AVASAD, GSE and safety specialists, insurance companies, external experts, occupational medicine, etc.) Animate OHS bodies, coordinate prevention actions and participate in institutional projects. Promote good practices in terms of hygiene, infection prevention, ergonomics and use of protective equipment. Develop and update procedures, tools and communication supports related to occupational health and safety. Raise awareness and train employees in order to strengthen the prevention culture. Your profile and your skills Bachelor or title deemed equivalent in the fields of health, human or social sciences Specialized additional training in occupational health and/or social insurance Training in project management or case management, an asset 3 to 5 years of professional experience in occupational health, community health, prevention or in a field related to health and safety.
