For our team in Bern, we are looking for an additional female personnel consultant, an additional male personnel consultant for the construction industry.   Job Description ### The following are your main activities: • Recruiting: finding, selecting and winning construction personnel • Acquiring: winning new customers and further expanding existing customer relationships • Preparing: training employees and equipping them according to the requirements of your customers • Organizing: coordinating assignments between customers and employees - including all administrative tasks • Supporting: first point of contact for employees regarding questions about wages, allowances and administrative topics • Building up: building up and maintaining a strong pool of employees for assignments in large-scale projects   We expect ### • You have a completed EFZ training in construction or in a construction-related environment • German at native speaker level as well as good Italian, Spanish or Portuguese skills.
