Do you feel like contributing to a small, family-like business? The Kita Stella Luna is located only a few minutes from the Konolfingen train station, in a beautiful house with a large garden. We spend a lot of time outside in nature every day. In two small groups/teams, we care for children from the age of three months until they start school. Your tasks: • Pedagogical care and support of the children • Co-responsibility for the organization and planning of daily life • Planning and implementation of projects and activities • Active participation in shaping the daily and weekly planning • Appreciative cooperation with the parents What you bring with you: • Completed training as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung Kinder or similar training • Warm and respectful interaction with children, parents, and team colleagues We offer: • Cooperation in a small, motivated team with plenty of room for ideas and co-creation • attractive employment and working conditions • support for further education • 13th month's salary and at least 25 days of vacation • free, freshly prepared meals • team events and a humorous, appreciative working atmosphere Interested?
