We support entrepreneurs, SMEs, and private individuals from various industries personally, professionally, and in a solution-oriented manner. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced personality who knows the fiduciary craft from practice, likes to work independently, and enjoys supporting demanding client mandates together with an experienced mandate manager. This position is deliberately not a mandate manager function. You will take responsibility for your tasks and process them independently, carefully, and on time. The overall and final responsibility for the mandate lies with the mandate manager. Your tasks Independent management of financial accounting for SMEs and self-employed individuals Preparation of VAT returns Management of payroll accounting including social security statements and wage statements Processing of tax returns for natural persons Processing of tax returns for legal entities Preparation of interim and annual financial statements Support of the mandate manager in the holistic support of our customers Direct contact with customers, authorities, and insurance companies Optional: Participation in limited audits Your profile You have practical experience in the fiduciary sector and are able to process the mentioned tasks largely independently. Particularly important to us are: Several years of practical experience in fiduciary services (fiduciary apprentices are also welcome) Confidence in managing financial accounting Experience with VAT returns Experience in payroll accounting Experience with tax returns for natural and legal persons Experience in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements Independent, structured, and reliable way of working High quality standards and careful handling of deadlines Flexibility and willingness to pitch in together with the team during intensive work phases Enjoyment of numbers, customer contacts, and business management contexts Passion for the profession and the will to develop professionally Stylistically confident German skills in speaking and writing Team-oriented and professional appearance A federal diploma or other higher vocational training is welcome, but not a requirement.
