To strengthen our Technical Service, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a: Head of Technical Service (100%) ### Your activities with us: ##### • Management of a team of approximately 5 people • Responsible for the reception, planning, organization, and execution of maintenance, upkeep, and availability work • Ensure the functionality of all safety-related installations in the fields of building technology, gastronomy, and care • Responsibility for the purchasing, storage, and internal distribution of non-food items across all sectors • Responsible for efficient planning of interventions as well as time tracking • Control of the budget and invoices in your own area • Organization of and participation in the on-call service Our expectations of you: ##### • Basic artisanal training with several years of professional experience • Mastery of varied maintenance work on buildings and installations • Management experience in a similar function • Training as a SIBE is an asset • Proactive, innovative, and convincing personality, appreciating development and change processes • Participatory and solution-oriented leadership style • Great sense of responsibility, strong social competence, and team spirit • Service orientation • Affinity for digitalization topics as well as impeccable mastery of German, both oral and written What you can expect: ##### • Exciting, varied, and stimulating field of activity • A company in constant evolution and learning • Great autonomy • Progressive employment conditions • Individual possibilities for development and continuing education Would you like to enrich our foundation with your committed personality?
