August 2026 Job description Kinderclub Jojo is a family-complementary care facility for children aged 4 months to 12 years, which is divided into two care services, daycare center (KiTa) and after-school care (including lunch table). On average, 16 children are cared for in the KiTa, and approximately 90 children attend the after-school care. This is just nearly a quarter of the children from the nearby Elsau primary school. Organizationally, Kinderclub Jojo belongs to the Schulgemeinde Elsau-Schlatt. This borders directly on the city of Winterthur - right in the middle of nature and yet close to the city. As of 1. August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Specialist in Care EFZ specializing in children, workload 50%, (working time at least 3 days per week, preferably each time 11.30-18.00) Your main tasks: Designing the daily routine and accompanying the children in everyday life Caring for school children at the lunch table Parental work Running the household (cleaning, order, compliance with hygiene concept) Designing the rooms Organization of events together with the team What you bring with you have training as FaBe EFZ specializing in children. have joy in working with children of kindergarten and primary school age and supporting them in their development. are responsible, balanced and resilient. are an open, motivated person and are interested in a professional exchange with the care team.
