Accompany people with multiple disabilities in daily life and in the specific interventions of their personalized project Actively participate in the animations of the living space, weekends and leisure activities Be a source of proposals for activities and outings meeting the needs of the residents Contribute to the improvement of the quality of support and the personalized project of the residents Strengthen the autonomy and integration of residents into neighborhood life Contribute to an optimal circulation of information and the quality of links between the different professions of the institution Participate in the development of the Pôle Adultes Hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant. Professional experience with people in situations of disability. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Mastery of standard IT tools. Swiss nationality or valid permit. Driver's license.
