Specialist Supplementary Benefits with a focus on system technical tasks What you will move You will work in the demanding and dynamic environment of livelihood security within the 1st pillar You are responsible in a four-person team for the flawless technical functioning of the system. For this purpose, you test our core application during releases and assist with specifications. If necessary, you record error messages You prepare main and interim payments You manage the interface to registers and resolve discrepancies in benefit claims You assist with the extensive annual recalculation of the entire EL stock Within a framework of maximum 40%, you research and assess complex personal, economic and legal circumstances in applications and requests and dispose benefit claims What you bring Several years of experience in the field of supplementary benefits or sound AKIS knowledge from another social insurance area is a prerequisite for this key position Strong flair for technical, system and process-related matters Further training in the social insurance system or willingness to proactively acquire missing knowledge Personal responsibility and team orientation The ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and get to the point in understandable words Professional and friendly behavior, even in hectic situations Proficient use of MS Office programs Your advantages at SVA BL A good work-life balance is important to us.
