By the end of 2027, we will expand our institution by six additional care beds as well as six new senior apartments – a significant development step that the new home management will help shape strategically and operationally. YOUR MAIN TASKS Overall responsibility for the management of the Alters- und Pflegeheim in organizational, personnel, and financial respects Ensuring high quality of care and support Personnel management and team development Coordination of the expansion projects until 2027 Representation of the house towards authorities, partners, and the public YOUR PROFILE Completed training in the health or social sector with corresponding management training Solid business administration knowledge Training recognized by the DVG as an institute manager or the willingness to complete it Several years of experience in a management function, ideally in the field of long-term care Strong social competence, communication skills, and decisiveness Joy in leading a house with tradition into a modern future WE OFFER A responsible management task with great scope for design A committed, motivated team Modern infrastructure and exciting perspectives through the planned expansion Attractive employment conditions INTERESTED?
