Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Coordinate business management within the core command area and drive administrative processes • Prepare relevant information for upper-level decisions, support the planning and decision-making process • Assume responsibility for the administration of militia courses, training internships at the operational level, and internal training; lead the administration of militia soldiers • Advise and support the readiness and training areas in the planning, preparation, and execution of instruction sequences and reports • Handle upper-level correspondence in German, French, and English and guarantee the quality of documents • Support staff in quality control tasks for requests and documents, in deadline and pending file management, as well as during arrivals and departures; participate in technical reports and commissions <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Higher vocational training in the commercial field or equivalent training with several years of experience related to the function • Good organizational skills and proven social skills; autonomy, structured working method, and a customer service orientation • Very good ability to express oneself, both orally and in writing • Proficiency in the MS Office suite • Good written and oral knowledge of a second official language; ideally, passive knowledge of a third • Experience in public administration or knowledge of the military environment is an asset <br /> In a few words Do you stand out through your sense of organization and service?
