For our client, we are looking for a reliable, independent and hands-on personality for the leadership of the cleaning team as well as the coordination of technical maintenance in production, starting immediately or by arrangement. Foreman Cleaning & technical maintenance (100%) Your main tasks: • Team leadership & organization: You take over the professional leadership as well as the coordination of the cleaning team and train new employees. • Quality & safety: You plan, control and document the cleaning work and ensure compliance with all hygiene, quality and occupational safety specifications. • Material management: You organize the procurement and provision of cleaning agents as well as consumables. • Technical maintenance: You coordinate maintenance, repairs and service appointments for machines, systems as well as operating facilities. • Malfunction & ticket management: You track technical malfunctions, repair orders as well as IT tickets (e.g. printers) and record the current status without gaps. • Process optimization: You recognize recurring technical problems proactively and suggest effective improvement measures. Qualifications What you bring with you: • Experience: Verifiable experience in the coordination of cleaning, maintenance and servicing. • Leadership & organizational talent: You have skill in dealing with people, maintain an overview even with several parallel tasks and work in a structured manner. • Safety awareness: High sense of responsibility regarding hygiene, quality and occupational safety standards. • IT skills: Good IT knowledge for the recording of tickets and documentation. • Languages: Proficient German in speaking and writing.
