For the "Research & Development (R&D)" area, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an Employee R & D Composites 100 % (m/f/d) Activities: Processing of product development projects including production support during initial production Further development of existing products as well as optimization of manufacturing and processing methods Participation in the organization of workshops and technical support for participants Responsibility for the technical consulting of customers and sales partners domestically and abroad Complaint processing including root cause analysis as well as development of problem solutions Participation in specialist conferences and trade fairs domestically and abroad. Support in the preparation of specialist presentations as well as for technical further training Participation in the creation of technical documentation (data sheets, processing instructions, laboratory reports etc.) as well as continuous updating of the documents Responsibility for the maintenance and procurement of laboratory material Profile: You have a completed technical education as a laboratory technician EFZ specializing in chemistry or paint and varnish, plastics technologist or comparable education and preferably already have several years of professional experience in the field of product development and customer support You have a sound technical understanding in the manufacture, testing and processing of synthetic resins u/o coatings.
