Sept or by arrangement YOUR TASKS Cross-departmental deployment for the areas of mechanics, plastics and assembly Maintenance of injection molds as well as support in assembly Setup, production release and monitoring, quality control and logging of products Problem solving, diagnostics, repairs Initiating and implementing process improvements via KVP and Lean Manufacturing WHAT YOU BRING Polymechaniker/in EFZ or comparable with professional experience as a mechanic or toolmaker Hand’s-On mentality, sense of quality and joy in practical and exact work Reliability, flexibility, resilience and pragmatism for working in an SME Independence, solution orientation and high social competence Competence and willingness for medium-term assumption of responsibility in a line function Error-free German in spoken and written form, confident handling of common IT and PC applications in the production environment incl.
