Specialist in Performance Procurement - Zurich or Bern You take on a key role in our team for contract negotiations with service providers in the areas of KVG and VVG and lead the exchange with partners, service providers, and health facilities. In doing so, you strive for balanced and sustainable agreements within the legal framework, which take into account the economic challenges and strengthen the trust of our conversation partners. You use your extensive specialist knowledge to optimize costs and create fair and consistent solutions for our insured persons. What you achieve daily You are responsible for the negotiations and conclusion of contracts with the service providers in the cantons and/or regions assigned to you. For this, you conduct tariff negotiations and negotiate contract texts. Furthermore, you represent Assura in commissions and working groups of umbrella organizations and actively contribute to the further development of the framework conditions in the industry. You also ensure the correct implementation of the contractual provisions and monitor the developments of the services in the facilities. As a central contact person, you connect the facilities and the Business Area Services of Assura. Through a maintained exchange, you create efficient cooperation. In addition, you bring your specialist knowledge internally to the further development of invoice control and actively participate in internal projects. Thus, you contribute to the improvement of processes and best practices. What you bring You have a degree in economics, law, political science, or the health sector (university or university of applied sciences) and have at least five years of experience in contract negotiation, which you ideally acquired with an insurer, service provider, or a cantonal authority. You are very familiar with the legal, political, and financial framework conditions of the healthcare system, particularly in the areas of KVG and VVG, and are familiar with the medical and hospital landscape. With your pronounced ability to network thinking and decision-making, you analyze data and conduct negotiations effortlessly and safely. You distinguish yourself through initiative and represent your organization credibly against external partners even in complex situations. As a sociable person, you enjoy maintaining business relationships and work independently and carefully. You represent your points of view securely in negotiations in Swiss German and German and move skillfully in a demanding and cooperative environment.
