In the function as HR Manager / HR Manager 80-100% as of November 2026 or by arrangement, you will take on a versatile role in an industrial environment. You will support operational and conceptual HR topics, participate in the further development of processes, projects, and key figures, and advise managers as well as employees on personnel-related issues. In addition, you will assume the professional leadership of a small HR team, consisting of two full-time employees and one other person with a workload of 50%. Together with your team colleagues, you will look after around 530 employees • With your experience, you will advise line managers, specialist departments, and employees on personnel-related issues, combining practical HR support with a good understanding of the requirements of an industrial environment • You and your team are responsible for HR administration throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle and ensure that the areas of payroll, social insurance, time recording, and other administrative HR processes are handled correctly, on time, and efficiently • Furthermore, you contribute to the further development of HR processes, interfaces, and internal workflows. You participate in HR projects, digital process optimizations, key figure analyses, and evaluations You offer your new employer • You bring several years of experience in the HR field, ideally in a leading function as an HR Responsible, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable role in a manufacturing or industrial environment • A sound HR education, e.g., as an HR Specialist with federal diploma or similar • You have experience in leading a small team and a good understanding of operational and strategic HR topics.
